1. Cannot spend more than $800.00 for your car including ALL modifications and additions. Partners are allowed in order to share costs.
2. These are the only exceptions that will not be counted towards the $800 spending limit:
   1. Registration, insurance, tax, any doc fees, etc.
   2. All fluids (gas, oil, coolant, trans fluid, etc.)
   3. Donations
   4. Items added to the car which you already owned
   5. Safety upgrades
   6. Costumes worn by driver and passengers
3. It is recommended that your car be street legal.

• We are planning on a Saturday evening ‘grand entry’ into Vegas as a group. We will arrive in time to prepare for a full night on the Strip.
• We will spend the night in Vegas and drive/fly home Sunday at your leisure. Please make your own room accommodations.
• There will be a trophy for the overall point winner. See point details.
• Costumes and themes are expected!

Although the final points schedule and list of challenges will be presented the day of the event, here are a few possibilities to help when preparing your car and/or theme for the big day:

• Lowest purchase price
• Oldest/newest car
• Lowest/highest KBB or Nada value
• Best theme
• Best car
• Highest/lowest mileage
• Least likely to make it to Vegas
